The Genghis Khan tried but failed. So did Attila the Hun, Alexander the Great, Suleiman the Magnificent, Napoleon Bonaparte, Hitler and Stalin. World domination is a pipe dream with a strong lure. The need for power becomes a deadly trap for the narrow minded self-centered nationalistic ignorant militant pseudo leaders who eventually become tyrants. They act in the best interest of the nations they lead while leaving behind a trail of destruction, desperation and misery. World domination is a poor substitute for global peace and co-operation.
